One Family ( Sachdeva Family) which has hold in 5 societies running 5 branches of 1 school. ( Maxfort School, New Delhi )

MODUS OPERANDI – An existing society applies for School land to DOE. Then DOE forwards the request of the said society to DDA for grant of subsidised land for running an educational institute ( School ) on No Profit Basis. DDA allots land to a Society for school. After the allotment of Land, these persons of Alleged Criminal Background slowly and steadily enter the said society over the years & on present date, these  persons ( The Sachdeva family, having office at NOVA PROPERTIES, 7, Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi – 110034,) acquire authoritative positions in the society. They forge papers and also bribe the officials.

They follow same pattern for acquiring authoritative positions in all the societies.
